About

I’ve taught English for about ten years, then went back to university for a Master’s degree in literary translation at Université de Paris, and I am now an independent translator.

I’ve always been passionate about anglophone cultures, but also about all forms of writing, being a short story and interactive fiction writer myself. It is part of the reason why I love playing with a variety of registers, vocabularies, sounds & rhythms to best serve the text I am translating.

Literature, social sciences and others, technical domains, video games… I’m interested in everything because curiosity is what gets me moving. I thus love working on a wide variety of texts, whether it pushes me to explore fields I know nothing about, or to learn the ropes on new software (subtitling, localization, etc.)

Whatever the text is, however, I am always guided by the same three values: creativity, rigour and punctuality.
